My account was closed and re-opened without my consent, and failed to receive positive feedback from the supplier even after numerous attempts that i have made to contact the them. Each time i call i'm given a new case number, and nothing gets done. to date I am still being billed for this account, regardless that i do not have the sim card with me and the last time it was in my possession was December 2011. i mean more than 18 months.
