Pathetic Service

I have been try to resolve an issue with my TelkomMobile Dongle for over 2 weeks.
They opened a case and were to call me, to date they have only tried to call me once and I was not available.
Everytime i call i am told the they tried to call me and will leave a not for the technician to call me.
Today I called and same thing, I was then told that the closed the call. Another call has now been opened and i have a new reference no... REF: 7369329
