Pathetic promises to have someone call me and resolve my complaint not kept. Tired of talking to call centre agents who cant help and refer you to Hello Peter to complain instead of resolving the complaint. Unable to get hold of a supervisor or the head of client service. Don't blame them, they can't help anyway it seems. Will be going to CEO to resolve. He needs to know what is happening at the coal face.
