I have a data bundle package with Vodacom, I am still waiting for my monthly bundles. On Thursday 05 December 2013 I logged a call with Peter (Team Leader / Supervisor - JHB). I received a reference number from him and he assured me I will have my bundles the next day - according to him it takes 24 hours. On Friday evening I spoke to a gentleman and he said he's team leader / Supervisor Justin will phone me back, 6 days later and I am still waiting for Justin to phone. On Tuesday night, 10 December 2013 I spoke to Charmain (Team leader / Supervisor - Cape Town) and she said she will personally resolve this matter and contact me on 11 December 2013 between 11:00am and 23:00pm. Guess what no call and no data bundles.

I have paid for a service that I am not receiving. I am buying my own data bundles. This problem cannot be resolved. I am fed up with Vodacom and there useless service they are a sad excuse for pathetic service. They are to lazy to lift there bums and make a phone call to resolve client problems.

By sending this mail there will be no response from Vodacom, because they are totally pathetic and useless!!! Funny thing non of my calls were logged! How convenient!!!
