Telephone now works but ADSL dropping and slow

Telephone now works but ADSL dropping and slow 0, 16 on [URL Removed] its like I have gone back in time to 56k line speed Eish its supposed to be a 10 meg min 4 meg line. I don't think they are ever going to get it fixed still the same problem.
