I have been billed for data usage for 4 months event though my usage has been less than my bundle. I had to call three times to get them to understand. I was told 2 - 24 hours to resolve. I am still waiting three days later. In addition you are not allowed to talk to a complaints department. No good service to not allow a customer to lodge a complaint if they want.
