No further correspondance

On 10 January 2014 i got an sms saying that my contract had been approved and that i shall have the tablet within 5-7days this did not specify whether it is 5-7 working days or just normal days, further more i have not received any tracking number for my package neither is there any number i can reach this company on. Also what i find more annoying is by saying 5-7 days i now have to sit at home like a prisoner and wait since i have to be the one receiving the package. They have all my banking details how do i know i will even get the package and that it has been dispatched what information do i have? I ordered the item because i need it not for luxury purposes. This is really unprofessional and very annoying.
