8TA Poor Coverage and poor service

I have reported this problem previously, the 8ta coverage in fourways is very poor i.e. no coverage. This was not the case when I first got the Data Contract but as of August last year it deteriorated from 3ms to 0ms. This is pathetic, and to make things worst, I did get an email from 8ta that a technician would be coming to me to check the coverage of which he did and also found that there was no coverage at all. I sent back an email to the original response and hopefully the technician also sent his report, but as of yet have not received any correspondence as to what will be done. End of month now and i's sure that I will be debited for usage of 8ta service. CAN SOMEONE IN 8TA NOT BE RESPONSABLE AND FIX THE PROBLEM IN FOURWAYS, as i see that i am not the only unsatisfied customer in the area.
