INTERNET FAULT STILL NOT FIXED!!!

I previously logged a fault with Telkom (23 August 2013 - 421CTK230813) and had a technician come out to assist me. I can now make calls without the line dropping but I STILL have the same problem with my internet continuously dropping - which I pointed out to the technician. It is unacceptable. I phoned the call center multiple times since and a few times over the weekend and have yet to be assisted or even given a fault number! I am paying for internet that I cannot even use and will discontinue payment and use of the contract if this continues. I will not hand out my hard earned money for a service I am not even receiving. I insist my line is either repaired or discontinued as this is now ridiculous. The face that I have had multiple reason for complaint since taking out the contract and no assistance with them shows how little Telkom cares about customers. Once they have your money they don't care apparently - but please prove me wrong. I would like to be shown otherwise because I was so positive about this when I started.
