Called Cell C to activate 3G video calling service at 19:30 and spoke to a lady named Anele and later her supervisor Nako. I spent close to 30 minutes trying to explain to both, that my partner and I had called Sunday 2014-01-05 and had her video calling service activated.

Agent Anele was dismissive, rude and completely irritated. She in fact blatantly in order to rid herself of the call. She initially refused to call any supervisor by stating that he is away and I had to repeatedly insist on speaking to a supervisor.

Anele even shouted that she won't help with something that can't be helped in Zulu. I dont know whether she had thought I dont understand Zulu or not.
Unfortunately I do.

I demand an apology from Cell C. This is NOT service that one pays for.

I left MTN precisely because of the disgusting customer sservice from their call centre agents.

I WILL NOT TOLERATE it from Cell C.
