Iv got insurance with mtn sp And just recently upgraded to a new phone so i called them to update the new hadset details and they hung up the line, called again and was on hold for a good 2hours and 30min.all i want is to update my insurance details thats all.ever since i became a mtn customer all i do is complaign and im realy tired now.iv tried updating it online and was promised a call back but no one called me... Please help im an angry customer now because realy what if something happens to my new phone.
