Pathetic service and terrible attitude

I have a pay as you go contract with Cell 2 Cell, an agent for Autopage. Last week Saturday I requested a SIM swap at the Bedfordview Autopage. I was told that the swap would be active in 24 working hours.By Thursday, this had stilk not taken effect, and neither SIM card is active. Calling Autopage on results in them telling me call Cell 2 Cell, who then tell me to call Autopage. I have just been to the Bedfordview branch again, where I was met with the same answers. On top of that, I also had to suffer arrogance and attitude from the friendly staff member who is paid to help sort out issues like this. This is completely unacceptable. I want this problem resolved immediately.
