I purchased a cell-phone from Mtn on the 10/10/2013 from Mpho, she sold me a Nokia Lumia 625 which is a windows phone and uses extensive data, I asked for a phone which I could take nice pics, phone from and do messages easily, this phone is way too complicated for me so I reported it to Mpho 8 days later and she refused the exchange, now too my knowledge CPA allows a consumer to exchange if the customer is unhappy with the purchase after 6 months of purchase. My Son spoke to Patrick the manager on the 10/01/2014 and tried to assist but they still were not very helpful, all I want is a exchange to a product that I am comfortable with, I have been a client of MTN for 15 years and am appalled at their service.
