I'am extremely unhappy of MTN service, their unprofessional teleconsultants, arrogant and disrespectfull, am in a position not to do business anymore in future with MTN service provider. Time and again i receive statements i find that am over charged, on follow-up they proclaim that i over used my internet (beyond the 500MB) they provide as part of the package, if not, it's some unknown subscribtion of some unknown provider that they charge me subscribtion fee every month and MTN as the account holder claims to know nothing about such, hence they are running my account, really uncougth and penitent. In addition to request an item billing statement, i must be charged for that...???
