My Dad was contacted 15 February by one of your sales people, Nigel for his upgrade, he explained to him what type of phone he is currently using and did not want a down grade from what he is using.
18 February he received a phone much lesser than his current one, then explained to Nigel the problem. The phone was collected 11 March for replacement, after speaking to: Banele, Amanda, Chris, Vusi, Mable, Catherine and Michael he then received the replacement phone 5 April, when he opened the box the phone was damaged, Michael was contacted and the phone was collected 8 April. He phoned Michael the 12 April and it was confirmed they received the phone and he will have the new one 15 April.
16 April Michael was phoned again at about 11am informing him the phone was not delivered, he was then told there was a invoicing problem and he will come back to him straight away... at close of business Autopage have not responded.

Does all Autopage customers receive the same bad service!!!
