Almost two weeks- still no joy

Good day

Our telephone line has been dead since 29 December 2013 and, despite our numerous enquirers Telkom has yet to deliver. This is not acceptable. We are forced to use our cellphones all the time which also means that we have higher expenses at the end of the month. They have given us a reference number even escalated the matter yet we have heard nothing. They promised that it would be fixed on the 30 December 2013 and they keep promising the same day or the next day when we call again.
This service is disgusting.
