Sold a contract phone to someone using my name

My account was deducted for the amount of R4, 000 at the end of October 2013 and my monthly debit has been R299 from December 2012 as i took a lap top contract at nashua mobile (Sandton City) when i went to query it in November 2013 i was told that someone commited using my name, and he took a Cell C contract phone in September and the lady who assisted that person took a certified copy of my ID and an avidavid from the police station and said she will report the matter to their Risk and Division. She even took my numbers saying she will keep me updated which she never did. I still receive bills for that Cell C contract that i know nothing about. Kindly assist me as this matter will end up taking me to court or black listing me for the credit i dont know. If she was doing her job correctly she should have verified the banking details with that person and compared that persons ID book with the one that is available on their system and after i went to complain i suspect that she never repoded the matter as she claimed that she did.
