My blackberry Q10 not even 14 days old was booked in at the Canal Walk Repair Centre in Cape Town on the 11 Dec 2013, they then sent it to the Advanced Repair Centre in Johannesburg to be tested, after 2 weeks they could not find a fault, I was adamant they need to re-look at the phone which was apparently sent to a "Senior Technician" this Senior Technician tested the phone for - a week and could not find a fault either. My phone was sent back to Cape Town and I collected it on Thursday 09 January 2014, on Friday 10 January not even 24 hours after collecting the phone I started experiencing the exact same problem that the Advanced Repair Centre in Johannesburg failed to pick in almost a month, the screen went blank, I could not make a call or answer one but the keypad lights up.

How does the Advanced Repair Centre in Johannesburg explain this, after I initially requested a special OBF they send me the same phone back which they fail to find a problem with?? I have not had use of a phone I am paying for for all this time now the phone has gone back for more testing. How long will I have to wait this time??
