DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM NASHUA MOBILE

Took out a contract for a black berry in october 2012, I asked the lady (Poche) to make sure that my existing number could be used as I am an estate agent and cannot change numbers. The next day the phone was delivered, I have since been trying to get connected to Black berry or receive the free minutes that I pay for every month. Two months ago after complaining one again to Nashua, a lady from Nashua Bloemfontein phone me (Carien) she said that they have to cancel the 1st contract as it was done incorrectly and then we can start a new contract, the end of May I was billed for two blackberries so double the amount, I still dont have a service, or a credit as was promised. When I phone Nashua I am told that it is with management and there it has been for the last three months. I Think this is a disgrace being treated like this. Could you please help.
