Pay us to fix your phone still under Warranty

I took out a Cell C Contract with Nashua Mobile for Iphone 5.
The home button on the phone stopped working two and half months after I took ownership of the phone.
Nashua Mobile is now requesting me to pay R3500 for a refurnished Iphone claiming that the phone is damaged. The person at Nashua claimed that the manufacturer " CellC" claimed that the front cover was damaged. I find this so hard to believe without proper report I find this so hard to believe without proper report
This is totally against the CPA and I will report Nashua Mobile should this matter not be resolved in manner that suits the CPA.
