Trying to find out my account balance i was on hold for more than half an hour. Eventually spoke to someone, found out i am still paying insurance for a phone i don't have anymore. Gave me the number to cancel insurance it was incorrect, that person gave me another number, that one was incorrect, she gave me another number and i have being holding on for more than half an hour. not to mention that for the other two wrong numbers i had to hold on for quiet some time. i cant cut the call or i will continue to pay for insurance i don't need.
