Took out new contract after leaving MTN. Phone could not switch on in shop when they took out of box. Told me it was normal and I should charge it at home. Battery drained within 5 hours. Went next day back to shop. Told me I should switch of LTE and Wifi and close all apps in background. (whats the use then of smartphone?) Went back after doing everything. When charging phone again it never shows fully charged. I went back to shop and as we were filling the salesperson said that it is not normal for the phone to drain this quickly because it drains almost 1% per minute. It was now the 4th day I had the phone. Because the did not have a white iphone is stock they told me it should be sent away and after it has been to technical and they give the go ahead they will see where they can find me a white iphone but if I want to take black phone they will imediately replace it. Ask them why they cant just get me a white iphone from other branch and told me cant do now it has to be sent away because I dont want to take the black one. Now I have to wait 7 working days while paying for contract without use of phone because I dont have a nano sim adapter to use sim in other phone. Regards.
