Best service ever from any Cell Phone Branch

We were from JHB on holiday at Margate. The speaker of my daughters new Iphone did not work. On the last day that she could return it we arrived at Vodacom Port Shepstone at 16:40. We got a letter from them to confirm that the phone was faulty so that we can sort it out after our holiday. Graham got involved and organised a new white iphone which he had to order because they only had a black one in stock and my daughter wanted a white one again. two days later my daughter got her white phone. I only find out that Graham was the owner when we got the new replaced phone. Graham, i just want to thank you and your staff for the friendly and professional service we got. It was the best service I ever experienced from any Cell Phone operator. Vodacom can truly be proud to have someone like Graham in their business. All the best for the future!!
