I wrote a complain on the10/12/13 about the bad customer service I received from Randfontein, Village Square and the call centre agent.

The next day Jerry Nzimande from the Head Office called. He was down to earth. Explained everything so well. We were done in no time. He certainly represented the company very well. You need more of his kind.

I would like another call to sort out my current crisis.
