FRAUDELENT SIM SWOP AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have posted a previous report of the fraudelent sim swop on 02 January 2014, after which Cell C Contacted me on 03/01/2014 and a Henry promised me that a case of will be investigated and that he will contact me on 08/01/2014, which untill now he has not done. I have tried numerous times by e-mail to get a itemised bill for the period 01/11/2014 uptil 30/11/2014, in order for me to pay at the end of December (Did not received anything up to date), and a form to cancel my Debit Order and my Contract as I have lost all my clients as I am a Business Broker and lost all my clientsTHIS IS REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I AM DESPERATE FOR SOMEBODY AT CELL C TO PLEASE HELP ME WITH MY PROBLEM!!!
