I complained on the 2 of January about there wrong pricing about a mtn Internet package for R129 for a 5gig plus 5 gig night express then i couldn't upgrade due that the pricing was wrong i complained on hello peter and there reply was to me and i quote

Thank you for posting.

Please note that the R129 option is when you use your own modem and the R259 includes the E3131 Fast link modem as stated in the advert.

I went back to mtn kolonade to show them this response they sent it to some type of manager and i was informed that mtn wont load the packages SO what does that mean sorry Sir we made a error sorry does not pay my account for all the phone calls and time that i had to spend with things that you MTN should have done correctly if i do something wrong at work i will have to face the responsibility of the actions SO i think a company like you should accept you done wrong and correct it by giving the deal to your clients or phone me SO i can make sure not to pay my accounts at the end of the month
