Blows up in your face

I was suppose to receive a package from TNT today, I phoned them 7 times to check where the package was, and tell them I will collect from their warehouse.
When I got there at 5:30 they have delivered the parcel to the wrong adress and a security gaurd signed for it. I do not blame them that the supplier gave them the wrong adress, HOWEVER do they let car gaurds also sign for packages who do not know who works where??!!!
Why can they not phone you to confirm that you know the person signing???
Where do I get my parcel now from???!!!
