Wrong adapter and refusal to transfer bandwidth

I have 3 iBurst packages bought via @lantic. Bought 3 modems. Modem burned out because they supplied it with the wrong adapter. Now they refuse to exchange the modem or to transfer the unused bandwidth, which I paid for in cash, to my other package. Going to take them to court now and involve the consumer council.
