Four months ago we cancelled a contract with Vodacom. We paid the outstanding balance and an early cancellation penalty which was in excess of R4000-00. We have repeatedly phoned and asked Vodacom to cancel the debit order as we have paid everything outstanding and after the hundredth phone-call and four months later we are still being charged via debit order for the same contract. Why can these people not just do their jobs, what on earth do they do when they put you on hold for hours on end?
