8ta - NOT THE WAY TO GO - CANT BEAT VODAKOM

Since December 2012 - my debit order my 8ta account have not gone off my bank - phoned to query this - info I got is the problem on my side with my bank - debit orders went off fine the other months it went off - that's problem

NO 1 - THEN IT REFLECTS ON MY BANK ACCOUNT UNPAID AMOUNT - THAT'S BAD ENOUGH

PROBLEM NO 2
I can't cancel the DEBIT ORDER WITH 8TA - BECAUSE IT'S JUST NOT DONE - AGAIN MY BANK IS THE PROBLEM

PROBLEM NO 3
I then have to go to an ABSA account and manually pay - my 8ta account - that's still okay - remember I've got a DEBIT ORDER TO MAKE MY LIFE EASIER

PROBLEM NO 4
My settings on this phone have been a problem since DECEMBER 2012 - I'VE PHONED THE CALL CENTRE EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM ON NUMEROUS TIMES - I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM

PROBLEM NO 5
Phoned the call center again this morning - then I got discontected - let's call it that - HOW THE CALL CENTRE STAFF GET TO DEAL WITH CLIENTS LEAVES ALOT TO BE DESIRED
