Sim swap SAGA!!

MTN sometimes makes you regret why you with them, yesterday I did sim swap around 2pm and they said it takes 24 hours but till now I've been waiting and my important details are in there... to put salt on the wound when I phoned them the consultant will just say ask me questions then hang up. I wasted R28 calling them until someone finally assist me by saying i should wait for more hours, i am so frustrated and i regret wasting my R136 money, i should'v bought a new sim card all together.
