I have requested on numerous occassions to have my spend limit increased so that I can send sms's and make calls out of bundle. After battling with telkoms converged call center for almost a month now I am informed that they cannot tell me when it will be done as there is a system error which show my account as suspended and the software developers for amdocs is asian and there is a communication problem

I receive no calls from anyone at the call center as to what is going on and I have to fone in all the time...

I was advised today by management that there is no one more senior that will be able to assist and that if I am not happy I should take it through this channel...

I am disgusted and now can see why telkom is going down...
