I am still having the same problem with my contract being incorrect. I signed up for a Top -Up contract and Cell C is still billing me for a Straight line. This has been going on since May 2013, when I signed up for a top-up contract. Each month my billing comes to over R1600, and i have stand in long queues at the bank to reverse the debit. I contacted customer services to fix this problem, despite this there has been no constructive feedback. I am so fedup with this bad customer service. I urgently need this contract to be fixed and will not accept liability for the bad management and inconsiderate customer service experienced so far from cellc. On the 30th I was given a refernce number (3072092897) where Mokgadi had to come back to me regarding my contract, I still got no feedback from her. Futhermore, i do request any official response to this complaint to be phrased within the context of the customer protection act.
