Vodacom has not replied to me emails or phone calls and they refuse to exchange my phone as they say ive bad it longer than 6 months. Its been replaced 4 times in last year. No one has called me to let me know whats going since i placed a complaint here on hello peter. I dont want a new blackberry Q10 as this phone is not up to my business standards and needs and they have about my contact to the call center saying that no complaints have been made even though i have call ana email references. My job number is 9504395 and i suggest a manager calls me urgently 0825681970 or whenever the managers meeting ends since ive been told they in a meeting since 29th of dec. My business has suffered due to me not having a proper smartphone so who do i claim that money from? If i try cancel my contract they will charge me penalties... what do i do? Do i not have rights as per consumer protection act.
