Greedy, Pathetic and unethical

I'm starting to wonder why i took a contract out with cell c in the first place with every single issue with this people it is such a freakin hassle.i have problems with them since day one already.now they want to over charge me to make up the money they lost recently. My subscription is R130 a month with them but they now want to charge me R70 extra cause i paid the money cash into their account anbd they didn't debit it.do i look crazy to them nobody told me that if i had to miss a payment maybe i would understand the extra charge of R70 but not when i paid them on time.stop being greedy and open my line or get your ready to never get another payment from me in the fututre this is the method that i have payed you with since my very first payment why do i have to pay extra now all of the sudden you crazy if you think i'm paying you extra when you don't have proof teling me the arrangement of a extra R70 when i pay into your account.
