Money for 90 days after cancelled contrac

Cancelled my contract in October 2013, I got all the signed paper work. Its now January 2014 and they are still charging me for a contract I cancelled. I have called them everyday and went to the branch all I get is and and. Promising to call me back in 48 hours never happens! I have several reference numbers all pending and I get no answer! I want my money back for the past 90 days with interest in cash as you have made me pay banking debit fees, hundreds of rands of petrol and still no answer! All Cell C does is waste my time with paper work and references! The staff argue and blame each other.
