MTN MyActive Online Support does not work

I have moved to USA on a work transfer and have been battling for 3 months to cancel my subscription with MTN. The MTN Active Support process is ineffective. I logged several requests that are never resolved, yet users place a comment and simply close the ticket! Issues are not dealt with to completion. Every time I ask for an alternate contact number I get referred to the Toll-Free (808) and Sharecall numbers (0861/0860), which are useless if I am calling from outside of the SA borders! No one at MTN seems to understand this. When I reply to emails from MTN support users, I NEVER get a repsonse back so I presume they are set to not receive any emails, and can only send. I've asked for direct email communication from a Supervisor or Manager... the request falls on deaf ears. Is there someone who can actually deal with my issue directly and correspond with me 1-on-1 via email or skype to get my accounts resolved? There are also no facilitites for customers calling from International locations to get priority attention like with the banks, to keep our private costs down, knowing that Call Centers can take more than 1/2 an hour to pickup a call!
