Contract cancel but bieng billed and arrears

I took a laptop with mtn and that model was not available.i was told they will call me when its available to pick up the model. I received a call and they told I must come pick up the model, I told them I'm no longer interested therefore they must cancel the deal. I received a letter to say that I'm owing R855.64 and the account is in two months in arrears but I dont have the laptop.
