Went to get my phone checked out because it was giving me problems with network.i was assisted by two ladies which 1 is the mananger Pam who told me that because my phone has deco on it, will be sent back to me by the mtn repair center should they book it in for me. she told me to take it to the mtn repair center myself and I thought that that's what they were supposed to do for me. I had to do al this during my working hours and im the least bit impressed. THUMBS DOWN TO MTN
