MTN Staff dont even know what they selling!

I saw an uncapped special on MTN website n went 2 MTN Melrose Arch 2 get it. I ws tld d special only avail thru mtn direct. So calld mtn direct n ws tld special only avail in mtn direct stores till 02 june, bt their system cnt differentiate between direct n franchise stores so they gave me like 10 stores numbers 2 call n find out if they direct or franchise. After about 6 calls mtn benmore said they direct n I cn get the special I want. I drove specially 2 benmore 2 gt d deal n ws tld i needed credit approval 1st bt the special is def available till 02 june. The credit check ws 2 b done in max of 2day. After 4days n numerous call to d mtn store 2 find out if it had been approved I was eventually told yes bt the contract is nt available. What utter rubbish. It is still shown on mtn website n the salesman TK was certain the special ws available when I drove specially to the store 2 sign the contract. MTN is a ridiculous waste of time n has a bunch of incompetent ppl working for them! I wasted my time driving to the store n enough call time phoning mtn direct, then each store then numerous calls to mtn benmore. Hw can mtn staff nt even knw what they selling!?! Hello cell c or vodacom!
