Been billed for extra month

Got a call from Mweb to see if I was interested in switching my adsl data to them for a better service. They got this all sorted and it was prompt and efficient. I actually ended up spending a bit more for a service that was no better than what I actually had, so after 7 days I decided to go back to my isp I had before. So I canceled my service on 30 Jan Ref#20130130003046, February I got billed for 24 Jan to 31 Jan including whole of February. I spoke to accounts on there help line only to be told that I am accountable for 1 months notice even though for non contract subscription fee for the month in which cancellation occurs will remain payable. I am happy with paying for what I have used but not a month that I am not. I really do regret giving them a chance now.
