More than a month and line not moved

I moved house in November 2013 and requested my Telkom line to be moved to the new residence on 29 November.

It has now been more than a month, 2 different technicians have been at my house, a third one phoned and never arrived, and my line has still not been moved. During this time I phoned the call center a number o ftimes to inform them of specific pieces of work that had not been completed yet, and the call center representatives refused to believe me as their system said it was completed. This while I was looking directly at the incomplete work.

To top it off, I have been billed for the full month where I had no service.
