I posted an complaint on this website on the 22 January regarding billing query by Cell C. In short i phoned the Cell C Call Centre asking to increase my monthly to R3000 per month. I discussed with the call centre agent that my limit should be capped and that was agreed. To my suprise in November i received a bill of R11536 and also was adviced that my January bill was R40365.I had series of meeting with Cell C in December and i was assured that because of the evidence of the voice recording (which myself, Customer Consultant and IT heard) that my january bill will be credited and that i will only pay R3000 as per my request. The pending issue that we had was the december invoice which after lenghthy discussion it was suggested that i should atleast pay half. Today i received an email from Cell C (the same Customer consultant who assured my that the invoice will be crediting as she got authorisation from her Manager to do so), basically the email is the wrtitten conversation i had with the call centre, but what she ommited on the email is the part where the agent confirmed that the limit covers both voice and data. I cant believe the dishonesty by Cell C
