I had upgraded my 2 Cell C lines in August, i was due for an upgrade in July already. I got a shock at how friendly and fast the service was. I was with Cell C from 2011 - I had no problems, i just learned a very important lesson when i got my bill for more than 3000 the one month, thats when I broke my sim card and said no more. Now i have had contracts with Vodacom and always had a soft lock, was just too busy to soft lock Cell C i guess, so... about 36000 later - i went back to Cell Cto upgrade, i got an sms the day i did my sim swop that my call limit with Cell C is 150000 - I got the shock of my life, called the call centre and asked them if it was possible to soft lock my account, they say yes, and i soft lock both my numbers on R100. My bill for the first month was beautiful - then comes October, i get a bill of 1000, let me not forget to mension that the comedians Name DAVID TAU was listed on my Invoice and not me!!! when i call the call centre, they tell me that i did not soft lock my accout??? I want to use all types of languages on this complaint,! 4#*? @..But how can I trust Cell C? do you really listen to recorded calls? Do you really care about our complaints here?
