ILLEGAL BILLING and money deducted

It is now a whole month later since I started my complaint, with about 6 responses from your side
Each time with a different person - I find your service beyond shocking and incompetent!!!

Let's try again.

I received a statement for account number B0152308-8 on the 3rd of December 2013 for R2, 956.79.

I queried B544057444 of R460.00 and B544057445 of R460.00 - I want to know WHAT this is and WHY!!! Then I had a response to say it is for lap-top instalment for apparently lap tops I took from Vodacom on contract - and this HAS NEVER HAPPENED!! I have never had or taken or nothing from Vodacom in laptop contracts - EVER, and I have now been trying to get answers from somebody with regards to this - you have deducted this money from my account ILLEGALLY and I will not stand for this. I have an iPhone 5 from Vodacom on contract valid until 2015 and then I have the 3G unit and an ADSL router - and THAT IS THAT, so I want proof of a contact signed by me for 2 lap tops as you are charging me for it??? And when you can not find it - I will need a FULL REFUND immediately without further delay.

Really guys - get it together - does anybody there actually know what they are doing???
