Good day, MTN
It's me again... unhappy with your service, as usual.

On 7/11/2013 I enquired if the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 was still available on my current contact as I was eligible for an upgrade. After sleeping on the matter, I filled out the forms on 12/11/2013 to upgrade.

It is 2 months later & I have been waiting patiently for my request. One month after my papers were filled out everybody just seems to give me the same response of "Out of stock". This is unacceptable to me.

This is after enquiring numerous times at the store & being pestered by a lady named Mandisa to upgrade.
I do not want any of the you are offering me to upgarde to!!!

Got the Note 2 Flip cover in the mean time but nothing to put in it.

Please go do a scavenger hunt in your store rooms, MTN. I need a new phone urgently!!!
My current one is acting up.

This is about my 5th upgrade & it has never been fluid or stress-free. When will you live up to your "better connection" promises?
