I opened two new contracts in March 2013. I am supposed to receive my monthly statements via email but 10 months later and I am yet to receive a statement...

I went into the Greenstone store in October and the person who helped me confirmed telephonically with someone else that the error had been resolved and that I would start receiving my statements, this has not happened.

Please contact me and fix this. 10 months without a statement is not acceptable! I'm sure you would have a problem if I decided not to pay my bill for 10 months and I'm sure you would be very quick to have one of your staff help me to resolve the issue.

So please fix this and give me the service I am supposedly paying for.
