I have posted a complaint last week to which 8ta replied wanting the id number of the account holder, i sent them the relevant details the same day! i havent had a phone call or email or nothing from them since.
my husband phoned yesterday and they still gave him the same answer: 'the matter is unresolved but it will be excalated'.the same thing we hear over and over and they still havent done anything from last year.how can it take so long to cancel? we are awair there was a R800 fine for canceling the contract earlier and we agreed that we will pay it when they cancel and send us the final bill.but no we must keep paying the monthly installment and we are not allowed to use the data otherwise we cant try and claim back which will probaly also be a big struggle.we just want the thing cancelled immediately, we will pay the R800 cancelation fee but we want it cancelled.i work for a printing company of were we have access to numerous newspapers so if it comes to that i will put a complaint in as much of them as i can. biggest of them is media 24 (beeld). i have supplied my cellphone number because my husband which is account holder works for the bank so we dont want calls we want answers
