Paying for service I dont receive

During December 2013 I noticed that at times my bb biz was slow or not working but when at home and in range of the Wireless it worked, I thought the network were slow during the holiday season. On the 6th of Jan 2014 I noticed my biz was not working. I can sent a bb msg but can receive no reply and even my browser and whatsapp is down. I phoned cell c and went through all the setting and was informed it would now work, it didn't. I phoned again to be informed the network is down. The 7th of Jan I phoned again and they sent the service books and said it would work. I phoned again and they refreshed the ATS? setting. I phoned again and was informed the complaint was escalated and that my APN was not provided for on the network and someone will phone me. I received a call later and reset my settings and still no service. Today my browser works intermittently I can sent a bbm msg but still not receive and my whatsapp works intermittently.
3 Days of constant phone calls. 8 Days with the biz not working though the services was paid for. This is unacceptable. No one can tell me exactly what is wrong and no solutions aftree al the telephone calls.
