BIS NEVER WORKING!!!

I have a blackberry and the BIS is so slow! My messenges will only deliver after an hour 90% of the time and I never have signal and I live in Johannesburg. Or I have to restart the phone the whole time for them to deliver (BBM, Whatsapp ext.). I think cell c is the worst service provider ever!! I have phoned the technical department numerous times and they updated my "IM settings". I have 3 contracts with cell c and will defntely cancel them all when the 24 months are over..!! YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR 30 DAYS BIS AND IT RARELY WORKS
